again the food was amazing. our waitress this time would have put us off going again if we hadnt been before, she was rude, forgetful and the dirty looks were pretty off putting. lucky the food is exceptional. More

Recently I was lucky enough to travel to Hobart for the 2nd time and I'm delighted to say that Annapurna hasn't changed a bit from when I was there last... this really is a little gem in Hobart, great value, good service, and top notch food. I've had Indian cuisine all over the world but this spot probably ranks first... More

The joint was busy on a Saturday night. Waited nearly an hour for two mains. Chicken Tikka and veggie Korea were both very watery. Sauces seemed to be missing quite a few ingredients. Menu said chicken would be tandoori but it was clearly not. This is a long way from proper Indian cuisine. Rice was reheated but only just to... More

The srevice was friendly and the food was amazing. The best Indian I have ever had. All our meals were delicious and the garlic and cheese naan was melt in your mouth good. More

I love Indian food and have eaten it all over the world but the meal(s) - yes we went back twice - we had at Annapurna rank with the best of the best. Amazingly complex spicing, fresh flavours and the best naan. Portions are big too! Don't judge by appearances, if you like Indian food do NOT miss this place. More

I eat Indian food regularly and this was as good as other great Indian restaurants I've dined in around Australia. The dishes were delicious and generous sized. Would dine here again if i'm ever in Hobart again. More

Average to good Indian food for a good price. If you need to get in and out again quickly, this and the Salamanca branch will get you well fed and on your way again without fuss. More
