Amazing truly gourmet vegetarian and vegan food. Inventive and complex. But closed. They will be mourned for a very very long time.

Went here awhile ago so bit hazy as to prices and things. I still however, remember how delicious the tomato and grapefruit ravioli I had was. It was literally to die for.
Lovely tables, you can be a bit private but still part of the atmosphere. There was something about not wearing military jackets and the resteraunt being able to...

We ate here in November 2010. The restaurant was not busy ( about 12 in total on the premises) but it was a Saturday night. Our starters took 45 mins to arrive and were very tasty. The main courses took more another hour to arrive and were not at all good. The service staff were not pleasant and seemed to...

We are regular visitors to Hobart but somehow had never previously discovered this place. The decor and atmosphere are very pleasant, and the staff very friendly. Unfortunately our visit was marred by a few problems.
We ordered the excellent Sirens bread and an organic green salad to share as a starter. We also ordered some Tasmanian pinot noir by the...

I have been to this restuarant a few times and each time have found something delectable on the menu. Even if it doesn't sound good, it turns out to be fantastic. Innovative meals put together by discerning vegetarian chefs. And the service has always been wonderful.
Can't remember the alcohol details but I think you can order some drinks and...

Super gourmet style veggie food in a very relaxed atmosphere. It was a cold winter’s day when we were there and we needed to keep our coats on throughout – definitely saving energy! However the food was very tasty (mezze starter plate for 2, oriental broth with sweet potato dumpling and adouki beans, mushrooms and spinach in a pastry case...

I went by myself, and was shocked to be told I needed to wait for the tables with groups of diners to order before I could order in case they ran out of food for them. Only 2 of 6 mains were available. Good haloumi if overly salty, and tasteless risotto. Slow service.

This restaurant is a little gem that has definitely flown under the radar. Perhaps because it is vegetarian it doesn't get the publicity of other establishments, but don't let this deter you from giving it a shot. I love my meatm but the food they serve can easily make you contemplate going vego!! Quality ingredients, a very diverse menu and...
