Came here on a Sunday night and it was so busy, but they managed to squeeze us in. I'm not normally a steak eater, but when in Rome... it was delicious! Really enjoyable. The Salad bar is an interesting touch and actually surpisingly good The only thing that irked my husband and I was the OVER abundance of customer service.... More

Had a great meal here. Well worth it. Make sure you book as all the restaurants in Salamanca area extremely busy on weekends. More

Located at the far end of the restaurant strip in Salamanca, this is a good stop for anyone who appreciates a great steak. Oysters were also fresh and tasty, although served with a gluggy sauce which is best avoided. The front section of the restaurant has original stone & wood decor, but morphs into a tacky 80's look in parts.... More

Magnificent! Bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Brilliant salad bar (in a cow servery) with fresh and beautiful salads - good variety. Then came the steak. Hooey!!! Large porterhouse was cooked to perfection and enormous (2" thick). Satay sauce was delicious. A definite recommendation. We shall return and we'll bring backup. More

This is apparently one of the most popular restaurants in Tasmania and is situated in Salamanca Place in Hobart. We visited this restaurant on a Saturday night and parked outside in the street where parking is quite hard to find as its quite a busy nightspot. Walking thru the front entrance, the interior is dimly lit and you are escorted... More

This restaurant was highly rated so just had to try it while in Hobart. The food was fine but I just found it to be too crowded and I apprecaite that foe some, this is exactly what they like! But fo rme, it meant slow service becayse they were so busy! The fillet steak was great and well-priced at $38.50... More

We use to come here quite frequently, until we witnessed in the open kitchen, the female cook plating up the cooked roast potatos with her bare hands (NO GLOVES) - i asked to speak to the manager, who was rude and told me that its not a problem as "no one has gotten sick from it, so it must be... Decor is probably starting to age a little now, but the service was pretty good and the food was very good (we had steak and salad). Steak was perfectly cooked and not unreasonably priced. More
