I was delighted to be greeted by the friendly staff and it was a great experience to taste the food which was just amazing. I was able to find this place as it is just on the Main Road even though I'm from Darwin, first time visiting Hobart. Overall, it was one of the amazing experiences while I was visiting... More

A great idea but ordinary food and menu. A long way out of Hobart unless you have a car and tricky to find. Lovely staff but the food was disappointing.

I'm lucky enough to live and work nearby here, but it's not well-known, so I'm really glad a friend introduced me to it. Since then I've eaten here a few times, but really should come more often. I always get either an 'entree plate' or 'main plate' which is basically a huge plate (even the entree is huge) with a... More

Home style healthy food cooked with love at ludicrously cheap prices. We arrived after 2pm for lunch announced one of us wanted vegan food! Apologies for lack of choice and ten minutes later a delicious plate of dahl, rice and scrumptious mini pancakes was devoured. Arguing to pay more was fruitless; they wanted to charge for a small serve because... More

Healthy, globally influenced food served in a unique environment with friendly service and a reasonable price tag. Reminds me of the Turkish 'locantas' in Istanbul. Do yourself a favour and try it out. Might not be everyone's cup of tea, but if you like hearty, healthy food this is a gem.

Love the clean, home-cooked style food and friendly and casual dining experience. It's quick and cheap too. Everything I've had has been A1 in taste and has left you feeling good, unlike other takeaway alternatives!

This place is the go when you need to explore the for around the world. The smell of vegetarian pancakes that has no milk or butter in it as soon as you walk in ,being cooked in a vegetable oil is served with soy sauce. On a small plate you can get anything you would like to try or have... More

I love this place. Incredible value for money. Welcoming and generous. The food is always a palate pleaser, though I would like a change of dishes on offer occassionally. You can choose your plate size, starting with a 'taster' plate for eight dollars. This is big enough for a regular meal. If you are really hungry the full plate is... More

For $10 you get a HUGE plate of food (they call it entrée size!!??) and a drink! The staff are very friendly and generous. A real family atmosphere!
