if you can pick a quiet time or maybe just get lucky when it's busy but try to get a seat upstairs or through to second room. intimate booths and luxurious couches await. Menu is interesting and not overpriced so suits a traveller looking for some late night intimacy just out of town. Well worth it.

I have been going to spats for for 17 years, and proud! They have yummy food, especially their drinks and desserts. There are a few places like this in town, but this is my enduring favourite. The food range and quality is above average, and despite being a small and pokey building, the privacy of the booths is generally very good and you feel like you're in another world. This is vital, since it's usually packed!

I have walked past this restaurant on so many occasions. Finally went with a work group for Christmas. Service was exceptional and the food yummy. Won't wait so long so to go back. Also it is deceptively large but still cosy.

Had the best chocolate gateau in Adelaide. Lovely place to have a chat and enjoy the your dessert on a weekend. Owners are very friendly too....

A really different type of cafe to the average. We liked that it was open later than many other cafes in the area. Loved the atmosphere and presentation of food is superb.

Comprehensive menu of desserts and coffees. Get there by 9pm, as it gets busy very quick. You will have to line-up on the weekends. Cosy booths and romantic setting.
