The restaurant is run by Japanese people, which is increasingly rare but refreshing. The menu is a modern fusion with a new look at traditional Japanese dishes. They also have a daily specials list and flexible entrée or main portions sizes for almost all of the choices. The value is above average for the quality and portion size.
