Quite a nice place for an early morning cup of coffee, while watching the town's main street awaken. I highly recommend a cappuccino, and sit out front and relax. You also may have a request from a local for a chat.

Interesting, thoughtful selection of books. Would have bought more, but had to fit everything into limited luggage.

My wife and I came here several times on our last trip to Port Douglas. They do nice coffe and have a great selection of cakes and slices. Its also a book shop which gives it a homey/alternative vibe. Friendly owner and nice atmosphere.

If you're used to good, strong flavoured coffee thay you'd get in Sydney or Melbourne then you'll walk away a little disappointed by the flavour. I asked for a double but couldn't really taste the coffee. In saying that, the staff were super friendly, very welcoming and considering Port Douglas is a small, remote town, the books are reasonably priced.

As the name implies - a great place to while away the time. Great coffee and service and you are able to check out the best sellers at the same time.
