Visited Corea Corea for a business dinner in February. The food was great as well as the surroundings. The service was a bit slow and the service was a bit blunt at times, and the level of English spoken by some staff was fairly poor.

Limited menu, not great service and not restaurant quality, but a great quick bite! It's the sort of place you go to for lunch every day if you work nearby, I did. It's cheap, fresh, generous, healthy & yum. Definitely give it a try! Backpackers would love it!
That may sound like an exaggeration, but I can assure you it's not...okay maybe just a little. Really though their spicy chicken hotpot is so firmly entrenched in my memory that I can recall it at a moment's notice. Every time we go to Cairns we end up at Corea Corea eating Spicy Chicken Hotpot. I still can't believe how...

Value for money, the service is about as good as it gets in australia and the food is fresh as it can be
Great value, huge servings and so flavorsome. Love the Korean music videos playing while you eat. It's not a flash looking place, but the food is authentic.
Corea Corea is located in the Orchid shopping complex which is Asian food Mecca for Cairns. This place is one of the highlights. The food is perfection, cheaply priced, service is speedy and the atmosphere is bustling and alive. The Bibimbap is not to be missed. Divine!
We use this place for lunch and dinners , we have yet to be dissappointed. The food is always hot spicy and plentiful. we have recommended Corea Corea to many of our friends who have recommended it to others, no wonder its busy. Keep it up guys Cairns fastest tastiest best value food
good value meal. very good tasted, very popular in locals. But sometimes it is very busy, hard to get a good seat.
First time in Cairns we were looking for a quick, inexpensive dinner...looked at the reviews and choose Corea Corea ..We were not dissapointed. Simple sitting area, quick service, tasty food. The spicy chicken soup was delicious and the guys served us with a smile.
It's upstairs so I thought the lower rent and visibility might mean they had to try harder. I was told locals like it. Recommend their spicy chicken pot but not bibim bab...the beef was like gruel...is t appealing and not as much food as the other dish.
