Shared a delicious birthday dinner here mid week. Service was attentive, although not consistent. We saw 6 waiters in the course of 2 hours. We do not often treat ourselves, however, our dinner at Aria was very special. The food - to die for - the service wonderful. All staff were very attentive, without being intrusive. The sommelier was very knowledgeable, professional and a great personality. I do not think you could make a bad choice at Aria. Bon appetit! More

I have eaten here twice - the food is always lovely - but on both occasions the service has let it down. I feel at this end of the market the service and food should match. More
