For that special occasion choose the menu of 4 courses with the recommended wine to match each course. The service is good. Every meal there has been memorable. More

I have been there twice in the last month. The location and building are great. The ambience wonderful, the food fantastic and the waiters friendly and helpful; the drink's waiter was especially helpful and recommended excellent wines. We only had one downside and that was a particular waitress who three times came to the table and deposited food and drinks... More

Really disappointed by latest visit. The service here just adopts a bit too much of the old country attitude. Some gripes: - 25 mins to get a menu - booked for special occasion well in advance, not even acknowledged in passing - totally bizarre demarcation, waitress cleaning tables and absolutely perfecting table settings ignoring our closed menus and many others... The food was delicious. The staff were friendly if not a little attitude-y. The building and decor were done beautifully. The HUGE wine list needed an interpreter and the staff were not overly helpful in explaining the menu. TIP: Do your homework on Italian wines before you come. At $600 for four people including drinks.....the food was not worth the... More

Great Italian restaurant with Brisbanes best wine list. My two favorite meals are the gnocchi, served with Italian sausage infused with truffles and cream and bucatini armitriciana, home made long tubed pasta with a pork ragu tomato based sauce with grated fresh parmesean. This restaurant is a little expensive and is best saved for special occasions. Entree pasta $24, main... More

As you enter this restaurant, you become set back in time. It is beautifully decorated with 1889 Italian charm. The menu, which is seasonal and changed regulary, is simple yet has balance in choices available. I started with an amazing organic champagne from Italy, Whilst my colleagues relied on the extraordinary advise from the staff. Between us, we had several... More

Service wahas poor effort we ordered wine that was pretty average for 60 and told that u can't expect a decent wine for this money food was just ok very little effort to make it better than a home cooked meal just average but they think they are revolutionizing food in brisbane they need to get real and assess the...
