We went to this place after seeing a movie on a Sunday night. The staff looked like they had all just been to a funeral. My husband ordered pasta and it looked like it had been poured out of a dolmio jar. The place was untidy, atmosphere so depressing. Never again. More

We went on a holiday to the NT last November and were in Darwin for 6 days and in that time we ate at Salvatore's 3 times for breakfast. The food was fantastic! Waitresses weren't overly welcoming but they were rude either. Probably wouldn't hurt for them to smile! But overall my partner and I loved the food. The eggs... More

Wow! My wife and I live just out of Darwin and decided to have a couple of nights in the city. For dinner on the last night we walked around debating what taste we wanted to indulge in. After checking various menu's at different locations around town we came to 'Salvatores'. It was getting late (20:30) and we saw the... More

Regretable and forgettable....our only poor food on our entire trip....staff was also not very amiable....we seemed to be a bother even tho only two other patrons were there (having a beer only) perhaps should have been a clue even tho it was a little early for regular dinner...... More

We had breakfast here, which was delicious. Very generous serve of fresh pancakes with berry sauce, but I skipped the cream or icecream. Husband had scrambled eggs and toast. The coffee here is one of the best in Darwin. More

We were looking for good food, grilled or baked rather than battered or fried and Salvatores hit the spot. Not fine dining but neither is the price. We had grilled Baramundi and a generous Greek salad for $14 or $18 (entree or main) - fresh, well prepared, cheery surroundings. Perfect for quality food in unpretentious surroundings. We went back a... More

We found it diificult to find a bistro that had good coffee and quality quick food for breafast, brunch or lunch, we found that Savatores Cafe had both. We were looking for a nice brunch, we had a big previous day and slept in, so breafast was missed and we were hungry. We came across Salvatores and decided to give... More

Good filling food with plenty of variety. Was killing time and need somewhere to eat without going to the main stream fastfood outlets. Qirky decore, attentive staff and good tasting food More

Salvatores should change their slogan to "OK coffee" - really nothing special, and certainly not extraordinary. My latte was far too hot and tasted on par with McDonalds' McCafe offerings. The desserts in the display cabinet looked fab, though! More
