This was only the second night of a new menu, and it was just OK- nothing more. The service was pretty poor for a restaurant that wants to be a lot more special than what it is. Ditto the food and the prices. More

We were disappointed that we were not originally informed that a booking had to be made to ensure a table in the restaurant as we were house guests and had to wait an hour to get a table, however the staff were very obliging and service very quick More

Arngul i(aboriginal word for bush plum) Grill is situated at the Desert Gardens resort and overlooks the pool area and ghost gum trees. The menu is quite extensive with the prices a high average price. The service is very friendly but I felt that their table etiquette was somewhat lacking. I guess that this is attributed to the fact that the staff... More

Cafeteria atmosphere. Shrimp appetizer was good but the beef carpaccio was cold and tasteless. The main courses were overcook for the salmon, and though as a nail for the beef. Wine was ridiculously expensive, and service was shamefull. Even worst at breakfast. ( 38$ for breakfst buffet not even worthy of the name) . Are the other restaurants on the... More

Great food, excellent service by friendly staff. The carpet had just been renewed and the venue freshened up. More

Such a shame that such great food is ruined by hopeless service. We went twice during our stay, partly because the lack of alternatives, but also because (mostly) the food is great. Visit #1: A tasting platter of meats for two which was minute and a total rip-off, followed by a great fillet steak. But the entire meal was over... More

We all had the $54 2 course meal which was quite good. We were all tired after being up early for sunrise so may be didnt experience this restaurant at our best! The sticky toffee pudding dessert was very yum and the staff were great. My husband had the cheese board which he loved. Wine was quite expensive, but that... More

We have eaten here a number of times during our stay. The food is expensive but this is to be expected from anywhere in the resort. The staff are friendly and polite and were attentive to our needs. The menu is OK. Although it is a "grill" I think there should be more white meat or fish options. The dessert... More

After a long hot day, we freshened up and went to the Arnguli Grill to spend our $50/pp hotel credit (we had reservations). The restaurant was less than half full when we arrived but service was terrible and slow. Our waiter was clueless - had to come back 2 or 3 times to clarify order. Took 45 minutes to get... More
