It's a fish and chip shop. What I've had has been well prepared. It was a busy night, with a lot of people waiting, coming and going. Over heard some tour guides from Emu Run tours talking about Eastside and saying how good it was (especially the flake) so I decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed, the fish was tasty & fresh, the chips were crisp & the potato scollops (cakes) were the real deal, not the gross reconstituted ones you get now... More

The Eastside Fish and Chips used to be the absolute best in Alice Springs.... but that is no longer the case. The ownership changed hands about 2 years ago. Actualy as the others above state. They are definately the best Fish & Chips around the old Alice. Not just good but friendly family run as well. If you compare to others in town even those in the smack dead centre so easy access, this one is slightly out of town for tourists however it is always busy....Friday nights you... More
