We liked the layout of the restaurant, we sat in the semi circle table & it felt quite intimate & private. Waiter assisted us in choosing a wine. Luke knows his wine, just check out the wine list. We shared the lamb rack which was delicious. Well cooked & flavour was perfect. We r a big fan of the mash... More

It's an occasion restaurant for sure, one for the corporates, visitors and theatre goers. It should be more than that, as every moment is a journey in flavour. Soft yet crispy warm breads with a heavenly oil; fig tart with onion jam the best entree I have had in years; a beef fillet with brisket and roast garlic was sumptuous;... More

Exceptional food for an exceptional price. Usually hotel restaurants are a bit ho-hum, but this is definitely worth eating at. Great service, great meal. Be sure to pre-book to guarantee a table. More

Basically as a Diamond HH member I expect good service for my loyalty. Booked an area of Glass Brasserie for my 8yr old sons birthday, all pre-planned with their events co-ordinator for drinks & pre-dinner tapas. Arrived to find they hadn't bothered to reserve a table! After a few chosen comments to a variety of staff that clearly had no... More

Very busy for a Monday night. Great service and delicious food. Started with the Hiramasa kingfish sashimi ginger, eschallot, Persian feta, followed by pan fried potato gnocchi, corn, asparagus, zucchini, Parmesan, lemon thyme and finished with the chocolate assiette. Every course was perfection. More

We went to the Glass Brassier because we were given a gift voucher. On entry we noticed 3 aspects mentioned by other reviewers. It was rather dim, noisy and the tables on the periphery of the dinning area were placed too close together with about 500mm separation. The spacing meant that when a waiter was serving a neighbouring table their... More

Roomy restaurant on the second floor of the Hilton in Sydney. Very attentive and well informed staff. The menu is creative and has excellent choice. Try the Organic egg omelette of blue swimmer crab meat, a signature dish! Nice and cozy booth seating. Deserts made a la minute. More

Our Usual group of 6 choose this restaurant to celebrate a special birthday - and the restaurant lived up to our expectations. The bar was great - i had to wait a while. But the most overwhelming memory was how helpful and attentive (without being over the top) all the staff encountered were. The meals were all delicious - worth... More
