“Its all about yum cha and the steamed dumplings”

The steamed dumplings (varied from pork, prawn, scallop, spinach) were just so yum! There were plenty of wait staff who were not too keen on being attentive to our needs (we had to beckon them to our table a few times throughout our brief yum cha) and who carelessly slopped the tea into our cups. We always eat here at the Westfield restaurant when we are in Sydney. Plenty of variety and fresh. Food trolley persons are always friendly and helpful (not like most in Chinatown).
