I'm a regular to this particular outlet, and while the queues, atmosphere and customer service could be better, the ramen is pretty good and definitely worth the money. One of my favourite ramen shops in sydney. They prepare the best soft boiled eggs - perfectly set egg white, the hint of softness in the bright yellow yolk. The ramen dishes are full of flavour and tender pork, be sure to try the aburi chashu ramen or the hiyashi tanuki udon if you're visiting in summer. More
