Amazing dinner in the most perfect location in one of the most spectacular buildings in the world. There is nothing but positive things to say about this place. If you are looking to go somewhere special or are a tourist in Sydney, you have to try this place. More

the only thing that could make this experince any better (and believe me it is anniversay worthy good) would be if the hunkily handsome chef came and sat on your lap and fed you dessert...but then perhaps that's not ideal for anniversaries... More

I booked this restaurant many months in advance as a special treat for my partner who was arriving in Sydney from the UK that day. We specifically requested a table overlooking the bridge. When we arrived all the blinds were down, there were no views and we could have been anywhere. I asked if they could just raise the blind... More

Went to a show at the Opera House and decided to treat ourselves to Guillaume beforehand. Luckily we had a perfect night and the view was sensational. The service was excellent and very efficient. They have a 3 course pre-theatre menu for 78 dollars which seemed pretty good considering the restaurant quality. The menu had a fair selection of choices... More

If you can get in (book at least two months in advance for weekends) this is a joy to meet and eat. As part of the Sydney Opera House this location is hard to beat and so is the meal and service. Make sure you go and see the Opera or Symphony as well! More

Our first visit was a pre theatre dinnerl. We were put right up in the back corner and had to go to the bar as no one came to take drink orders or even to replace water once we were seating. We had to order drinks at teh bar not once but twice. Food was also very disappointing with everything... More
