I was pleasantly surprised that there was a chef to cook your preferred style eggs. Whilst that service is standard in many Asian hotels, there are not many Australian hotels offering that service, and usually buffets have precooked eggs and omelettes in the hot trays. So I enjoyed a fabulous omelette cooked to my liking, and chef and a clever... More

Had two breakfasts and a dinner. Breakfast had nice food selection and dinner had excellent selection of good food. The place is always hectic though less excitement in evening than in morning. I wish the a la carte menu were more extensive but I think the buffet is the profit center and the wait staff clearly prefer having customers wait... More

Went to have buffet dinner (priced at $60 per person). The location - on Elizabeth Street, bus stops are nearby, Townhall Station - about 10 minutes walk, St James Station - 2~3 minutes. Car parking (in Sydney) is pricy so I would recommend use of public transport. The food selection - a full buffet in a sense that it had... More

The hostess was kind and accommodating when my party arrived to our booking way ahead of schedule. She seated us in a hidden away corner of the restaurant which was a little dark and a bit of a walk to the buffet. I've been told that the Botanica Brasserie's seafood buffet is the best among luxury hotels in Sydney, but... More

had all 3 meals here. The buffet dinner was good but pricey. $99 a head is far too steep. Luckily I have a Privilege Card which entitles 50% off otherwise it would not be value for money. Breakfast was included in our room rate. A wide range of selections on offer for all tastes and palates. Lunch has the same... More
