We had my mum's 75th b'day party (14 people) there and were really pleasantly surprised at how smoothly everything went. The food was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Somehow they were always there when you needed them and things got done without any fuss.
We enjoyed the food. The size of the mains was ... well,...

This small Glebe restaurant is very unique! Very tasty, very beautiful dishes, but also too much fat n oil everywhere (welcome to Poland!). Try borsch, and dumplings - must have! Anyway, you will enjoy (+ local polish beer!)
Good location easy to find, I come from a polish background and found everything to be very authentic, the customer Service was excellent, will definitely come back
This is a great little restaurant with authentic real Polish cuisine, with a home-made feel to the dishes and friendly staff (polish of course). I recommend the sauerkraut pot with bits of sausages (yum), don't forget to make a booking because it fills up fast. One of the few places to get imported Polish beer by the bottle too.

There are lots of place where you can eat ethnic food, but it's hard to find genuine. If you want to try real Polish dumpling and atomosphere, I recommend this place. Dumpling is cooked in several ways. Their name means "Cheers!". A bit expensive but worthwhile it.
This small friendly restaurant is tucked away in Glebe Point Rd, if you're not looking for it you will walk right by.
The menu is simple but offers all the variations on traditional Polish feast, lots of meats and vegetable combinations.
Entree sized Pierogi are actually quite filling and generously served.
The atmosphere is fantastic, the restaurant is not that...

The pierogi (polish dumplings) are a must-have, better off with a Zywiec beer _so much better than local stuff_. For desert, warm cheesecake with berries and vanilla icecream, not too sweet as it should be, and aromatic tea. Nice decor, soft polish music, three generations of polish family at the neighbouring table complete the picture... Must come back to try...
