I love this place. Italian waiters sing the menu to you with their lush Italian accents. Admittedly, I usually have no idea what they are saying, but I sit there and listen intently and begin to imagine I’m sitting in a cafe in Rome. This is not the place for your standard ‘big breakfast’. But, if you’re a ‘foodie’, you’ll... More

I guess the food is what it is they have been doing this for years etc etc. but my pasta was undercooked & the sauce bland, maybe they were having an off day, prosciutto & figs where nice but unexciting especially for what you pay. More

I realise this are is the upmarket side to Sydney and I expected to pay top dollar. But for $30 or so for a main course I expect a decent portion. We were seated near the kitchen: five to a table that barely accommodated four. The noise level was so high, I could not follow the waiter's rapid-fire rundown on the menu (there is no printed menu - it appears on... More

In our 3 weeks traveling around Australia, this was the only stop where it seemed the staff thought they were doing us a favor in hosting us. Their attitude made us want to have a rainbow yawn. The food was probably better than we tasted because of our service experience. There are many other spots around Potts Point--go to them. More
