I had a business dinner at Cable's in April.
Everything was top class from the service to the quality of the food. It wasn't cheap but you wouldn't expect it to be. I had a steak on the bone, sctoch fillet if I remember correctly. The steak was perfectly cooked and one of the best steaks I have had for...

My friend said the fish was also very good, meat pie gorgeous. Waiters could not be better trained and polite, presentation...

The only thing missing from Kables restaurant is a view, given you're so close to the harbour and the Opera House, but for that they can be forgiven.
The thing that struck me most about Kables was our ability to hear each other's conversation, even though the tables are generously proportioned. And comfortable chairs.
The food was just impeccable, Wagyu...
