Fantastic service and a beautifully styled restaurant. My main meal (the moreton bay bugs) was just delicious. I'm still thinking about it a day on.. Desert was a bit disappointing. Every restaurant should have at least one strong chocolate flavoured desert. Watermark's chocolate tart was too much custard and mint and too little chocolate. More

Stunning beachside restaurant at Balmoral Beach, Sydney. I enjoyed the duck spring rolls followed by the whole snapper. Overall the fish was great. Excellent wine list and a low key but top quality approach to service. Take a Water Taxi from/to Sydney to complete the event! More
