I would definitely go again - avoiding the lobster. Maybe I am biased as I am more of a lobster sashimi guy but I couldn't come to enjoy the lobster or the pasta it was served on.
The Wagyu on the other hand is as good as one expects.
I'll reserve comment on the service until my next visit.

seared tasmainan wagyu is excellent here, they breed it themselves on a farm they own. have the lobster 3 ways (sashimi, grilled and marco polo is good for first timers).
