The food is DELICIOUS! If only we could get some. Our booking was for 9pm. We arrived at Spice Temple a bit before 9 and at our table about 45 minutes after that. The waitress was somewhat apologetic especially after we had asked twice if our table would be ready soon. We were a bit hungry. She promised us some... More

I liked the lights and the design, even though it so dark that you are not sure if they vacuum everyday. I disliked the msg in all the dishes : huge headache the following day. the price of the glass of wine : 18 dollars for a white oz , just ok. I know what I talk about I am... More

We were not told that this restaurant was underground in the basement of an office building and had to ask several people before we could find the entrance. The subdued lighting taking down into the bowels of this building was a bit unnerving, but once we managed to find the restaurant, it was hopping and every table was taken. The... More

I've been a couple of times to this restaurant but it was on my most recent trip that I reflected on the outstanding and consistent quality of this place. The service is impeccable, the food fantastic and the wine list, although short -perfect. By far the highlights for me was the lovely martini, the dumplings and the wagu steak black... More

My friend had raved about this restaurant so we repaired there after a concert at the City Recital Hall. I have great difficulty remembering what we ate, not only because the food was hardly unforgettable but also because it was difficult to see it owing to the dim lighting. However I do remember being a little shocked when the bill... More

What a fantastic restaurant. The tastebuds have never had so much pleasure. Once you enter and move down the stairs you know you are somewhere a little different. The restaurant atmosphere is pleasurable and hip and he food is 200% the best!

Tried Spice Temple as I am a Neil Perry fan. Interesting entrance which I will leave to your own experience. Restaurant was very busy although staff kindly found a spot at a drinks table. Staff offered friendly attentive service with good menu advice. We had a duck, tofu & chestnut stir fry and stir fried lettuce in homemade XO sauce.... More

Delicious and textural. This restaurant is a stand out for its innovation and variety. You must go with a group so you can share your choice and explore the variety of dishes. One of my favourite Sydney restaurants.

We visited with our 2 children for a Mother's Day treat. They eat what we eat most of the time so I knew they would have no problem with the menu. The staff were fantastic, they spoke to the kids the same as if they were speaking to adults. They served them granny smith & jasmine soda which is made... More
