Pleasant ferry ride to venue which was excellent however food and service average but I feel the restaurant is very over rated..

Caught ferry from Circular Quay - only 20 minutes away from the middle of Sydney! Doyles has a proper restaurant and a beach side take away. The FNC are out of this world - we had 2 mixed seafood boxes and drinks for $40, and it was a feast!

The setting cannot be better - if you have a front row table, the atmosphere is the best in the world. It may not be the best seafood but you don't come here for fine dining - it is just a wonderful way to spend an afternoon.

Enjoyed the ferry ride out to Watson's Bay and the brisk cliff walk up to the lighthouse. Was a little disappointed not to get a waterfront seat even though we had booked, but as the waiter gleefully pointed out "people book 2 months in advance to get those seats" - be warned.
