Be sure to head to the very back, to the "Gin Garden." The ambience is amazing and the libations truly innovative. At The Establishment/Gin Garden, you never know what you're going to enjoy while there. One night people will be dancing Salsa style, and the next it will be a great after work place to relax or network.

We had the degustation menu and each course was delicious. The service was amazing and quite theatrical which was fun in our group of four. Worth going for a special occasion.
