We have been going to The Buddha Belly for some time now, and have never been disappointed. The setting is Balinese Tropical Garden complete with dense green vegetation, water falls, statues etc, with the tables being primarily under cover, but giving the feeling of being outside. I use done here every couple of months for many years due to the lovely atmosphere and my favourite crab / prawn salad. Unfortunately the last 2 times I have been there the service was shocking. Having previously eaten (and enjoyed our meal) at Buddha Belly my partner and I went there to book again. As the restaurant backs onto a nursery we cut through the bushes to get to Buddha Belly, we were then greeted by an irritable man who yelled at us for trespassing, after explaining that we were coming to make a booking... This place is highly overated. We went there recently on Mothers Day and also Valentines Day. They didn't even have our booking recorded for Valentines day which was a major disappointment.
