My sisters and I have found this our favourite stop on the way to Canberra (from Sydney). Last weekend the family from Canberra brought their 3 month old son up - a short 1 hour trip for them and we drove down to meet them for lunch. Everyone enjoyed their food, even those with special diets and we are keen... More

A great location with fantastic views. A limited menu but the food was good if not a little under seasoned but then again the emphasis is on fresh and healthy here, the coffee was great all capped of by the beautiful views of the surrounding country side. The service was quick and efficient and the price was on the slightly... More

We meet my family here as they come from Sydney and we come from Cooma. It's a great place to meet about halfway for both of us. You wouldn't think once you turn off then you are on a main highway. There's a fantastic kids play area with swings, slides and a cubby house. The food is good, not much for... More

This is a great little cafe that has good food and coffee in an excellent atmosphere overlooking the olive groves with a view towards the hills near Goulburn. There is a limited menu but all excellent food and friendly staff. On a warm day you can sit on the terrace. The cafe has a tiny shop attached with divine olive... More

Worth the trip from Canberra, or stopping for lunch on a trip south from Sydney. Excellent wholesome home style euopean food.Indoor seating and alfresco. Child friendly, the staff are happy and friendly & there is a new playground. Very welcoming.

Big improvement over the other options on the highway. Well made fresh food. Great service and nice atmosphere. They were ok with us having take away pies eating in, which were very nice. Will be back. Would be a great ski stop for the Sydney crew.

Our third visit and this time we decided to have a full lunch. We were delighted with the quality of the mediterranean style food, all prepared fresh on the premises - and it shows. We visited beween Christmas and New Year and it was busy. Most of the staff were very good trying to manage a big crowd. We were... More

We stopped here on the way down and on the way back for morning tea. The staff are very helpful and cakes and coffee are delicious. They also sell the olive oil and products and have tastings there. There are not many stops on the drive from Sydney to Canberra except fast food outlets so this is a real asset.... More

Freshly baked breads in baskets to taste several flavours of olive oil made an interesting "entree". I feasted on a Moroccan dish for lunch and an indulgent dessert. All served most attractively. Some of the meals served are available frozen to take home and all at very reasonable prices. Good view from inside and out over the sloping olive grove... More
