First time visit for a group of six of us. All, surprised by the food - perhaps a little overpriced, however great location and consistently good food. We had an issue with our booking (via a central location) however otherwise enjoyed the night. More

This restaurant is my favourite dining destination on the planet! We love to dine here, this was our second visit and we booked online with the Dimmi System, which offers great rewards! The day of the booking they called us to confirm and mentioned to us that they had a group booking of 40 that night also, and advised us... More

We booked for dinner at Baroque having read a number of very good reviews. The place has a relaxed atmosphere and we were looking forward to a top bistro experience. There are some basics that let the place down immediately. Tables around the wall should be set with seats facing out, not having diners facing the wall! Service was slow.... More

Over our weekend stay in The Rocks(reviewed Holiday Inn Old Sydney and bel mondo restaurant)we finished our adventure with light lunch at this central spot. The menu has terrific variety with distinctive french originality. It is not inexpensive but for the quality of both food and beverages it is still good value. It's located just opposite the Holiday Inn on... More

Had dinner with a friend at Baroque in The Rocks this week and was very impressed. I had heard good things about this place and it lived up to them all. The menu has a good selection of French bistro style dishes, some great desserts and a full page of wines by the glass including some good quality picks which... More

Restaurant ambience was great, perfect use of space and harbour glimpses. The food was really nice and came quickly (business lunch). The wait staff weren't overly friendly, but did their job. Great cocktail list although being at lunch didnt try them out. Would go back for evening drinks. Great variety of macarons! More

We headed to Baroque on a saturday night. We were greeted by the best front of house manager I have ever encountered, she was impeccable! We were seated in an appropriately sized table, and once seated were overwhelmed by the beauty of the design. Baroque is right at the end of George Street and is in a lovely old building.... More

Warm welcome with a lovely atmosphere and located with a nice view, the staff were well trained , attentive to details, always ensured to serve and check on. Had sea salmon which delicious, but the portion of fish would have been better with 2 pieces than one :). Chocolate souffle for desert was ok. More

I went here with a large group for a pre Christmas function and I was pleasantly surprised. This restaurant has been tastefully decorated in an eclectic way. Whilst the service wasn’t the best, the food was fabulous. The lamb that I had as my main just melted in my mouth. I had the vanilla crème brulee as my dessert and... More
