Our overall experience was ok. Unfortunately, the food was not as good as it has previously been, and the service was a bit hit and miss (ie ok from some, not so good from others).

We ate at Sabayon during January 2010 - it was fabulous. Honestly one of the loveliest meals I've had in Canberra - three interesting, well presented courses, with well balanced flavours, and all very repeatable.

A bit disappointing given it's one of the Courgette-Aubergine gang. Service was largely odd, and the entrees tried to be too clever and didn't work. Enjoyed both main fish dishes though. Wine list was good.
