excellent food, great coffee. The waiter was very helpful with seating. The girl who served behind the counter seemed irritated.

I love Silo, however, it is loved to death on the weekends. You will probably have to wait a few minutes for a table, but worth it. The food is excellent, well prepared and the wine list has some great varieties, most by the glass. The staff are attentive and my only criticism is that there are not enough tables... More

Been there a few time. Pastries are nice and worth a try. Coffee isn't great. Staff seem to have very poor customer service, a smile wouldn't go astray, this seems to come from the old man down to the young staff. No one there to tell me otherwise. As a non-regular I didn't realise I could go through to order coffee at the till. Once I... More

If you are concerned about health and food hygiene have a look at The Canberra Times' articles on Silo, located in Kingston in Canberra. There are a few articles on it and you would probably be able to find them if you google Silo. The restaurant caused alot of people to get food poisoning last year and this went into... More
