Excellent location, but there are better choices only a few steps away. Having said that so well known it makes for an excellent meeting point. Not the cleanest place.

I have travelled all over the world and the place has the best brekky/brunch, great food great service
the coffee, the man, the LEGEND! this is Canberra first establishment to offer the Flat White...true but dont sue
Gus's has a great reputation based on decades of great service. Although, a suspected change in management has sent the cafe down hill. My last visit was a disappointment, I received poor service from waitresses and payed way too much for a meal that was not up to standard.
