We have eaten here twice and loved both times. What was a $60 three-course menu is now a $75 3-course menu, a 25% increase in less than a year, (and it appears to have increased to $80 since our last visit). On both occasions we were celebrating and it is an excellent place to celebrate. The venison main is always... More

The food is consistently delightful and innovative, it champions local wines and the service is excellent.

A birthday dinner reserved for two, On recommendation from many good friends. And the reason I write this disheart'ning review, Is the manner in which the menu ammends. We asked for a vegetarian main, For although one was there on the menu, Allergies would force us both to refrain; Oranges we must always eschew. To our dismay Our replacement main... More

This is a two-hatted restaurant but not very big and not pretentious and not even too expensive. We celebrated our daughter's birthday there and it was one of the best meals I have ever eaten.

A special restaurant for a special occasion or for anytime you feel the need to indulge the important senses of sight, smell and taste. Aubergine is the undisputed Queen of a coterie of restaurants in suburban Griffith. It is intimate and quiet by modern day restaurant standards - you can converse with out raising your voice - although I imagine this may... We had the best 6 course degustation, each dish was an explosion of flavours in your mouth. Who would have thought that crab sauce goes well with crispy belly pork & that slow cooked egg would taste so good as an entree and beet root chip with horseradish for starters would taste so good. Each dish was presented with accompanying... More

We've been going to Aubergine since it first opened. it never disappoints (even through change of ownership). The quality of the food is always outstanding and uses high-quality ingredients exceptionally well prepared and presented. Very extensive wine list. Service always professional. Prices high, but you get what you pay for. What we particularly like is that the chairs are comfortable,... More

Had a great meal there, very satisfied with our dinners and our very nice and knowledgeable waitress. The food looked great and tasted great and even though there was another seating period after ours we never felt rushed or hassled to finish and leave. Definitely will be back.

Once again Aubergine proved itself with its wonderful food and service. Nothing is too much trouble for them. From the moment you walk in the restaurant and no matter how packed it is, you feel as if you're the only ones dining there. Absolutely fabulous! Will go back as often as we can.
