The food, wine and service were all top notch. Worth every cent

Went there last year. The pastry served with the beetroot tart was rock hard and inedible. The Jewfish Tasted funny and smelt on the verge of being too old to serve. The meat in the goat pie was stringy and tough. The restaurant lacks real atmosphere and is clinical rather than cosy. Sitting by the window becomes less than romantic... More

I don't mind paying a premium for top quality food, but this was lacking. My pork had more fat on it than meat and was very lonely on the large plate.....and $9 for a small plate of cauliflower? Get outta here!! My guest's chicken was undercooked and had to be sent back. The dessert was lovely, but overall a very... More

We had a lovely meal at Dieci e Mezzo. Beautiful lemon & basil flavours in the pearl barley risotto. The veal shank was melt in your mouth and the mash with the wagyu beautifully seasoned. The lemon tart to finish was quite light and the local raspberries simply divine. The atmosphere does feel a bit more like a cafe than... More

We ate here on Easter Sat night, four friends in Canberra for the National Gallery exhibition and had high expectations. We weren't disappointed! We had a beautiful meal, excellent fresh produce and difficult to decide because all the dishes looked good! The wine list is a little confusing but good choices by the glass and I'm told by my co-diners... More

I was somewhat hesitant about eating at this restaurant, it is part of a foyer of an office building and it looked very noisy with many hard surfaces. However, it was incredible on the inside, a gentle hum buzzed through the restaurant with no need to raise a voice to talk to my fellow diner or waiters. The decor is... More

Went for my birthday with friends, thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Food was outstanding as was the service. Would describe as Modern Italian/Australian. Not cheap by any means - but worth every penny. Wine list is very extensive.

Dieci e Mezzo has only been open for a few months. It was written up in the Australian, as well as the QANTAS magazine, so I had to try it. Went with work colleagues for lunch. The restaurant is a little hard to find as it is not well sign posted. It is in the ACTEWAgl building (I think) and... More
