We loved the setting. The food was great value with the entertainment card discount. The service was spot on. The food was delicious.

Nice large tables and seating, plenty of room. Not an extensive menu, but for a casual lunch it's ok. Reasonable service, always checking and following up what you need or wish for. Like a few other restaurants in the area it has a short food and wine list. Good expresso to finish a four and half hour lunch. Worth a... More

As 'east coasters', we sought a recommendation for our half-day trip to the Swan Valey -- and we were so impressed with this restaurant. It is truly the cream of the crop of winery restaurants of which I've been to quite a few over the years. The food was just outstanding -- the chicken was truly magnificent -- and the... More

Wow! We were expecting a nice Swan Valley lunch as we've come to expect from many of the venues in the area - what we got was an exceptional dining experience! The plethora of Gold Plate awards lining the walls hinted that we were in for something special and we weren't disappointed. Highly recommend the Lamb, Fillet of Beef and,... More

The food was overpriced and took forever to be served (due to the kitchen not the wait-staff). Each person at my table gave little gasps when their dishes were placed in front of them because they did not get what they were expecting. The gasps however were not of nice surprise, more they were gasps of disappointment (although to be... More

Dined there 9/8/08 - A bit pricey for me, but good food. Nice and warm with the wood-fire going. Good, prompt and attentive service.

Not bad. Wine is good. Lamb chops were even better! But void the pork ribs...way too tuff!
