We had a lovely meal here. The food was delicious. The staff were friendly. They had a lovely (but limited) child's menu. The beer wasn't over priced. The only downer: I thought it was just a little overpriced for the portion sizes - although my partner didn't agree.

First time we walked out, it was too busy for the apathetic staff, but second time was fine. Plenty of seating areas, all a bit intimate, but this is fine by me. A traditional country style pub in a very old building, so quite interesting as you enjoy your drink. Nothing hugely special, but well worth a punt!

I have heard alot about their Grill nights on wednesdays so had arranged for a table of 6 for family. The service was prompt and attentive with the same waitress serving our drinks and food.
