Ambrosia restaurant is nestled in the centre of Lindos and is run by Georgios and Litsa. It is simply the most perfect restaurant that I have eaten in. My friend and I ate there for most of our holiday. The food is perfect, decor is simple yet elegant and the service is outstanding. Most highly recommended.
