The fish soup was the best we'd had anywhere in France, it's put in jars and sold all over France. The Plat de Fruits de Mer was excellent and the fish both fresh and plentiful. The fish is great and so fresh well worth a visit but its not a cheap meal. The staff were rude and slow. Only had Leffe to drink as 1664 has run out.

My husband and I ordered a platter of fruits de mer for lunch and were astounded (in a good way!) when a plastic lifeboat turned up filled with shellfish.
