Decided to meet friends for a Saturday lunch somewhere out of the usual town centre chains. Quite simply a hidden gem. Great food, drink and wine. The views are also excellent from the window tables, where you sit over the edge of the lake.

The food is lovely, made with good quality local ingredients. Surroundings are delightful, especially if sitting on the "balcony". Service very polite and predominately efficient. Would return again any chance I get.

Great monkfish. Yummy mushrooms & cheese as a pudding. Really enjoyed dinner there. Highly recommend.

Food is simply amazing ive never tasted food that way, had a mushroom starter which had so much flavour and steak for main and i have never had a steak that cut so easily and tasted so juicy. Really impressed. We were all very happy with our meals.

We had the pleasure of dropping in to the Arrow Mill for lunch the other day and what an excellent lunch it was. The setting is wonderful with the mill wheel still visible and working within the building. Beautiful flavours, fresh food, well cooked and top service. Highly recommended for a food visit and we will definitely be going back!!

Great lunch. Evening meal was fantastic, presented well and tasted great. Good portions, certainly full after three courses. Wine a bit pricey.
