We booked a table here last minute on a weekday for our anniversary. From booking to departure the service was very welcoming. Lovely food and a reasonably priced wine list. It's just a shame that we had no room for desert!

Food and service were excellent as ever, there really is nothing you can fault about this restaurant and we can recommend the cheeses at the end of the meal. For anyone who wants a great dining experience in Canterbury this really is the place to go.

What a fantastic little place. Limited number of diners but beautifully presented high class food. Excellent wine list with reasonable prices. Lunch super value but a leisurely dinner with no hassle to make way for additional sittings is best. All food freshly cooked and presented by very helpful and friendly staff.

A wonderful meal with excellent service. Home made bread rolls, followed by scallops & as a main course venison. In between courses appetisers & sorbets. All of the reviews have been absolutely correct. I could not fault the food at all. Great food combinations. I could have eaten the whole lot again. This is one restaurant that I would love to come back to.

As we are visiting friends, they insisted we eat here and what a pleasure! Great food and relaxed atmosphere. The staff were attentive and friendly. It is advisable to book and such a positive to have such a great establishment where customer service still exsists.
