The waitresses were very rude and the service took ages, we were 4 people and had to wait over 15 minutes for the menus to be handed, and over 30 minutes for our entry dishes. Horrific service with moody waiting staff; they served a piece of lamb shoulder as rack of lamb :O) and pasta was so over cooked you could stick it to the wall. We left after starter and would never go there again and nobody should because it is a complete waste of time and money.

They kept us waiting almost an hour and would not come take our order, even though we asked the waiter to do so every 8 minutes or so. After 5 attempts, we finally gave up and left the restaurant, and found another restaurant in MSM that served us, end to end, within 40 minutes.

Dinning in the mont saint michel can be quit expensive and a bit tricky to get what you have paied for! Avoid at all cost "chez Mado" You will have to wait a long time before being served an awful just about edible meal. Don't go there. Food and service is awful!!
