Visited on consecutive nights, both experiences were good. Attentive staff, good food, wine and surroundings. Would have no hesitation in using restaurant again when in area
A good option for lunch in Vannes. The menu is not the most creative in the world, but both the steak and the seafood are done well and the moules marinieres were delicious and perfectly cooked. Good chips.
Enjoyed a great value, lengthy lunch on a very sunny Thursday. The place was busy, but the service, with big smiles from two young ladies throughout, was both attentive and sympathetic to my/our less than fluent French. We were not rushed at all despite a big demand for tables. The food was good all round with the seafood tagliatelle in... More
The restaurant has a nice settings and the stuff was nice to us on our visit. We enjoyed meal from a set menu that evening. My partner enjoyed it bit more than I did so that's why those mixed feelings. It's probably a chain restaurant and it all depends on who is cooking your meal. One day great the other... More
We went there as a group of friends wanting to try some good French food, we were not disappointed... The menu included everything we wanted (meat, seafood...) and the wine was quite good too. Waiters were very friendly and the room upstairs had a very good feel about it.

On two occasions the waiter tried to "short change" us once with leaving an item off the chosen menu and then... More
Make sure you get what you ordered. Sulky, arrogant waiter tried to overcharge us. When we pointed it out there was no apology. Very rude. Avoid.
As with so many places in France this restaurant has a very pleasant and quirky mixture of styles. The menu is varied and at a good price and belies the excellent standard of food/cooking. My wife's sea food tagliatelle was exceptional and my lamb almost matched.
Super location, lively atmosphere and varied clientele, serviceable menu, all encouraged us back for a third visit, rather late on a Sunday evening. This was a mistake. The service was poor, going beyond the 'maladroit' noted by other reviewers, towards 'negligent' and, in one case, 'insolent'. There is simply no excuse for this, which I had thought French restaurateurs had... More
