A friend recommended this restaurant to me, and she was spot on. The food, wine, ambience, and service were just perfect.

We visited this place based on the tripadvisor reviews, and we were not disappointed! The atmosphere is a bit formal, which is a nice break from the rest of the overly touristy village. We brought our 9 month old daughter, and she had a great time looking around at the friendly people. The food was very fresh and well made.
We have been to Riquewihr many times, and will continue to go back. It's like stepping back in time, if you go in off seasons when the town is not full or tourists. That's also a good time to try different restaurants, when it's not so difficult to get a table. Reserve if you want to eat at La Grappe...

Thankfully this picturesque village of fifteenth century buildings has survived wars and strife intact ,along with several excellent multi generation wine producers. A welcome from the attentive madame whose husband is busy in the kitchen, in a traditional building with many winemaking atefacts in the room and on the walls, setting the tone for warm and enjoyable meals with clients...

Although we've been multiple times to Riquewihr, we never visited this restaurant. It's a cosy, typical Alsace restaurant. The food was delicious: we took the "terroir menu" and the "gourmand menu". We got a pate de vollailles and a foie de canard as starter. Two gordious dishes, very tasty and beautifully presented. As main dish, we got a dos de...

There are two rooms to this restaurant and a gallery upstairs. As we were just two we preferred the corner table in the first room over looking the street. We stayed in Riquewihr over Christmas, which is a busy period so you need to book one or two days in advance. The staff were very friendly and efficient and the...

Wonderful winter fare at this very busy restaurant -- generally full of French people (not just tourists). Make a reservation. Salad with Muenster and a tomato coulis; foie gras; duck; goose; everything was excellent. Extensive list of local wines at reasonable prices. Ate there twice during a three-night trip, it was so good. Staff very tolerant of badly spoken French.
This restaurant was recommended by our hotel and provided a good combination of cost and quality. On the day it was let down by some very slow service which was'nt confined to our own table. Otherwise food was of a good standard and the restaurant had a friendly and cosy atmosphere.
The two of us visited for lunch. We started with Munster salad, followed by a river fish medley and rabbit with apricots for my partner. Everything was beautifully presented, cooked to perfection and extremely tasty. The service was friendly and efficient without being overbearing. We felt that this restaurant presented traditional local ingredients at their best and we would definitely...

Fabulous restaurant! Charming decor, friendly wait staff, excellent well priced house wines and typical alsation food with a bit of a gourmet flair. We enjoyed the 3 course menu du marche (menu of the market) it was less than $24 Euro and was absolutely delicious! It is obvious they take great care in their kitchen and have cooks that are...
