I wrote my first review of Cajun Delite as the Turners will still learning the restaurant business. The quality of the cooking is as good or better as it was then, but now "Mama Peaches" Turner is supported by competent help in the kitchen. The recipes are still hers (or, in some cases, her grandmother's), but now the meal comes... More

Our experience last night was heavenly. The atmospher was amazing and the live music by Rex was wonderful. As for the food it was like I was back in Louisiana. The chef has to be from Louisiana, the seasoning of the food was like my grandmother. And the service was wonderful. There was only two waitresses, but they were awesome... More

Cajun Delite is a relatively new restaurant on Guam, and it is slightly more expensive than average, although not as pricey as the top-end restaurants in the resort area.
