I friend brought me to this restaurant and I have to thank him! Very good quality of food and service with a great wine selection. One of Viareggio"s classics.

Very good food, but too expensive compared to other very good ones (such as Trattoria Celestino-Florence)
Our seafood courses were all very fresh, and delicious. This restaurant is a handy walk from the beach, and pretty and contemporary inside. Wait staff is fastidious and expert. Deserving of it's Michelin Star, and a special outing. Our dessert was surprisingly fun and delicious - a ricotta
Christmas Cake - fruits, candied orange peel, and lime peel, with a...

We were hot, sweaty, and tired when we arrived, and we left feeling happy, delighted, and extremely pleased. We decided to do the tasting menu, and each dish was more fabulous than the next. I knew we were in for a treat when the first dish was a perfectly cooked lightly battered fried zucchini blossom stuffed with shrimp. Molto delizioso!...

Had a rather bizarre experience here earlier this week when dining with a friend.
Unfortunately my companion had a very dodgy stomach but wished to ensure I wasn't eating alone. So, I ate, drank and he observed. It was almost farcical for the two of us as the waiters fawned over me and we certainly had a lot of laughs...

Id never return. Salad was not on the menu. They prepared amid salad consisting of here slices of a hot house tomatoe, and probably one cup of torn up lettuce. The risotto was a shallow bowl with almost no seafood in it. €10for the salad €24for the risotto, only €5 for the glass of wine (surprised). I'd never return nor...

food was just perfect, i can still feel the taste of baby squid. Special pasta with deep fish, ombria, friiti di mare and vine was just great. The owner Mr. Romano was there and chatting with us, his son was serving. We definitely recommend this restaurant.
We tried the Chef's menu and everything was really beyond our expectations from the appetizers (do not miss the calamaretti stuffed with vegetables as well as the courgette flower with scampi) to the two small tastings of pasta and the fish main dish. Very big wine list. The owner, Mr. Romano, is a gentleman, who likes talking with guests and...

we were not impressed. Service was mediocre, had to pour our own water. Prices way to high for quality. Raw fish filet platter had bones in it. Other italian guests were given mini deserts at the end, we were not. Felt like if we were italian we d be treated better. I wouldnt go back. Place felt too pretentious.
Good food not quite fine dining but quite close The only thing that didn't enjoy was that the restaurant did not have an outside area which would make it much more enjoyable
