This restaurant, which is clearly very popular and well established is nevertheless small and friendly. The owner and maître de is very welcoming and the food was excellent and very well priced. Probably need to book especially in high season. Lots of excellent and original choices.

We found Apollinaire about 3 days into Spoleto. Recommended by our Landlord. Entire menu was very, very good. However the uniqueness and excellent staff put you in a good mood from the moment you walk in the entrance. Salads are the best we tasted anywhere in 16 days in Italy. Take 2-3 hours and really enjoy the experience.

This is a beautiful restaurant. The disheses are very well presented and the overall atmosphere is very nice and romantic. We were there in 8 people and all the dishes were very good cooked and also presented in an excellent way, the price was ok I would return to this restaurant
