Ordered the piatto umbrio...fabulous soups and local meats with melted pecorino cheese! Then split the pasta with wine and pigeon sauce ;) Lovely small restaurant, very friendly, attentive chef. Had to wait quite a while for the vino, otherwise great service. Dessert...fresh fruit with melted dark chocolate for dipping, with rum! Amazing!

We were so impressed with the food that we went back a second time. Could not believe that we could eat such fabulous food for such a reasonable price. Staff professional and polite. Worth coming to Spoleto just to eat here.

The food and atmosphere were incredible. The staff was also extremely professional. An excellent fine-dining experience. The food was all made with local ingredients and had interesting twists to traditional recipes.
