Generally disappointed. Average food, not as hot or fresh as it should be. Average service, we felt that there was no real concern to deliver fresh hot food. For the price it was only just acceptable. Decided not to go again

I stayed in Sant'Agnello for a week and ate here three times. The food is so good here! The caprese salad, melon and ham, the paccheri with mushrooms and shrimp, the gnocchi... It was all so good! Combined with the Lacrima Christi white wine, it was just so delicious. I would love to come here again!
We ate here as it was close to our hotel and we really fancied a pizza. It was Saturday night and the place was heaving with people, so we had to wait a few minutes for a table. The pizza was really good but the service wasn't the best, although this may have been because they were really busy.
Having visited this restaurant on my first visit to Italy I was determined to go again. My second visit was equally as good as the first. It is on my must do list whenever I visit this part of Italy. The service from the Head Waiter was exemplary. Having such a great choice on the menu meant all the family...

A real gem in Sant'Agnello, freshly cooked, large menu to choose from and authentically Italian. Wonderful staff - who have also become friends
The rude service over shadowed our whole experience at this restaurant. I was surprised to read from one reviewer that the Gnocchi alla Sorrentina was amazing. first the staff,we had one to show us to our table, one to take the drinks order, another the food order and finally somebody else brought it now the food i dont say this lightly it was cold, tastless and burnt.when we complained it was like i had insulted them when really they ruined my evening
Mostly we went there to begin with because it is 50 yards walk from our hotel! However, once we had found this little treasure we went back almost every night. It is owned and run by 3 brothers and one of the waiters (Rino) speaks perfect English and will advise you on choices from the menu.
We went to this restaurant as suggested and after reading reviews decided to try it. Waiters were incredibly rude, food was mediocre and they made a point of informing us that the gratuity was not included on the bill. Very disappointed in everything.
