we recently stayed in Positano and ate at the wonderful Il Fornillo. great restaurant and great staff. we ate here three times during our week's stay in Positano and we ordered take out pizza one night too. The pizza chef even let our daughter create her own pizza from scratch. thank you margarita and stefano for many fond memories.

Had dinner here on Tuesday and it was great. I had no problem with the service or the food. I had the vegetarian risotto and it was the best I've ever tasted. I even practiced my Italian and the waitress was very patient and encouraging. Thanks for a great meal and I would definitely go back.

Very good restaurant, the owner is a real character and the place has lots of charm. We had great food, fresh and very plentiful. There is nothing we would change really, apart from the music. Having the same 4 songs on a loop was very trying, especially when one was the Italian version of the Laughing Policeman.

I would recommend the pizza here, it was fantastic!

Highly recommended for seafood. The fish in crazy water was delicious and the serving of the whole fish was an entertainment in itself. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the prices very reasonable. A chilled limoncello, compliments of our hostess, was the perfect culmination to the meal.
