Small and cosy nice atmosphere and good value for money , we went on a Saturday in April and booked a table previously good job or we would not have got in , by the time we left out it was fully booked and a notice on the door to this effect. Worth a visit.

When visiting the lakes we always book the Villa Positano. Book in advance as it does get quickly booked up (weekends especially). They welcome families with children and babies (with big prams) and also large parties of people. They are kind, polite and very attentive. Food is fab and a very good wine selection too.

Had our favourite meal during our stay in Bowness at this restaurant, menu was extensive and reasonably priced. All made fresh and well presented, service was brilliant too. Couldn't recommend it more!!! It was very busy midweek so would suggest booking if visiting on a weekend!

visited this restaurant on our 10 years anniversay on 11th april 2013.. arrived very late about 10pm... the food was the best iv ever had....thy altered my meal too so it was extra spicy..it was delicious.... very resonable on price too... would defo reccommend and hopefully be back if we visit again
